The smooth exterior aluminum sheeting is free of screws, rivets or welds providing a clean finish for the application of decals or graphics. The aluminum sheeting is secured using the "3M VHB" bonding method. This method is a proven technology, which eliminates drilling of holes for rivets or screws, which can lead to leakage. The "VHB" tape dampens vibration and noise, compensates for thermal expansion and contraction and provides continuous seal that eliminates leakage.

A one piece aluminum roof is fastened and sealed securely to the inner structure providing maximum protection for goods contained inside. The one piece fiberglass nosecone provides a smooth and sealed cap at the front of the trailer again adding maximum protection.

Quality plywood sheeting is used on the interior of all CJAY trailer. With 3/8" plywood wall sheeting attaching cabinets, shelving or racks allowing you to customize your trailer to fit your needs. 3/4" plywood floor decking is applied to the crossmembers with both glue and screws which not only secures it is place but also seals the floors.

Each tubing main frame size is carefully selected and then matched according the GVWR of the trailer model. This selection process allows for maximum payload carrying capacity with minimum excess frame weight. All tubing main frames and hi-tensile I-beam crossmembers lap and butt joints are welded using metal inert gas welding technology to ensure proper penetration and maximum holding capabilities.
